When Sri Ramana Came here in childhood,
first he resided in this Underground temple.
Sri Ramana resided at various temples in this Huge temple complex for six months,
before moving to Holy Hill of Arunachala.,
The Temple complex is spread over 20 acres of land with
total serenity and peace.
the Grace of Arunachaleshwara can be felt in the temple complex.
People will visit holy places at various locations across the world ,
in search of Grace of God.

there are Two Temples.
The Two Temples are considered as the Main Temples.
The Entrance walk way from Eastern side of Temple tower,
will lead to the Main Temple of Arunachaleshwara.
The Holy Temple Tank inside the Complex.
The Clean holy waters of Temple tank are located
at the Southern side of Temple Complex.
The Holy Arunachala is just behind the Western side of
Arunachaleshwara Temple.
The Holy Arunachala is a Form of Lord Arunachaleshwara.
Thirty Miles around the Arunachala is considered as a Holy land.

By leaving that Illusionary “ I “, that identification of yourself with the body ;
You will get the true knowledge of that true self.

The endless things which we deal with,
the experiences with those things,
the appearance and disappearance of endless conceptions and their executions,
all these are only the feelings of Mind.
The base for that Mind is the Ego of “ I am “.
The base for that Ego is pure consciousness.
The real true thing is only that ONE.
The meaning of Soul, Ego and mind is same.
All these are illusions.
When it is repeatedly explained to you that ,
You are not that Individual Ego ,
then why are you mesmerized and immersed in that Ego
with your false identity with body,
by forgetting the reality of the truth of that true self ???
It is just like a warning given to you ,
Which says ; “ while taking medicine, don’t think about the monkey” .
Then you always think about monkey while taking the medicine –--
it is an impossible task to follow this warning.
When truth is explained and referred to you,
Why you do the meditation of “Soham” and “ Aham Brahmasmi “ etc., ???
What you need to do is to trace out that true self.
That is the main purpose of meditation.
Don’t be in a simultaneous process of sitting in meditation,
with continuation of your thoughts and recitation of words.

Everyday,
performing religious rites,
customs and practices as prescribed by ancient scriptures and
religious texts is always good.
Daily remembrance of god with those practices will assist you
in cleansing the Mind and keeping it with crystal clear clarity.
A practicer may conclude that he has reached the pinnacle of practice and
There is no further need for him to do the religious rituals,
as he has known the truth and also the process of knowing and
Remaining in that true self.
But for others sake it is very essential for him to follow the religious practices.
He will become a role model for his children and for his family members
as an inspiration to continue their individual religious practices.

Your intellect will be useful to investigate about yourself by You.
Its usefulness is limited only up to that.
No further use.
After scrutiny about yourself,
you have to merge that intellect in your pride and ego.
Then the search for that sense of self is very essential.
If you do like this your sense of self will disappear in thin air.
If you remain like that
at the origin of the form of that supreme power of true self,
then the sense of self will never arise again.
Human Intellect is very stubborn to turn inside towards that true self.
It always leaves the present and enthusiastic about
Inquiring into the past and future.
If it tries to know the existence and the base of the present,
it means if it tries to turn towards inside in search of that true self,
Then finally it will disappear on its own.
In reality according to the laws of creation
the purpose of blooming of intellect is
to show a way for searching for that true self.
You have to make use of that intellect for that purpose only.
